A good weekend does not have to be about wild parties and crazy, spontaneous adventures. At least once in a while, we can spend our weekends on simple pleasures that give our bodies and our minds the chance to rest and relax.

Whenever we feel down, we remember that Saturday and Sunday are coming, giving us the chance to decompress and regain some strength. The most beloved days of the week, Saturday and Sunday are always there to cheer us up.

The weekend is always too short for all the things we would like to do. Even worse, time flies very fast when we are doing fun things. The only way to extend our weekend is to take a job that makes all weekdays interesting and exciting.

On Saturday night it feels like anything can happen. It is a long night that is often hard to forget. When we wake up on Sunday morning, we have a new great story to share with friends and new memories to keep us happy during the week.

Waking up early on the weekends seems like a tough thing to do. After all, weekends are for leisure and relaxation.  While it is true, waking up early gives us more time to do the things we love. Moreover, maintaining the same schedule the whole week makes it easier to wake up.

Sunday evening is that moment of the weekend when we realize that the fun is over and we have to prepare to take over our adult responsibilities again. At few other times, we feel so acutely how fast our days go by, and how much we need the weekend.
